01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the okbetcc website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the okbetcc Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the okbetcc Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the okbetcc Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and okbetcc.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the okbetcc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by okbetcc.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okbetcc, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okbetcc Platform or any affiliated platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. okbetcc reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the okbetcc Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbetcc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okbetcc employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okbetcc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbetcc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okbetcc will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okbetcc support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

okbetcc is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit supporting documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okbetcc accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. okbetcc does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your okbetcc account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. okbetcc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. okbetcc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one hour during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may be subject to review if they are unusually large, if the account has not completed KYC verification, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the okbetcc Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbetcc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

okbetcc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• okbetcc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering is prohibited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the okbetcc Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

okbetcc uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. okbetcc does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okbetcc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. okbetcc's decision in such matters is final. okbetcc is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbetcc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okbetcc Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbetcc staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbetcc Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of okbetcc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbetcc Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okbetcc.

09 Privacy & Data

okbetcc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the okbetcc Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbetcc implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okbetcc cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbetcc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okbetcc Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okbetcc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbetcc account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

okbetcc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of the Platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your okbetcc account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

okbetcc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Your continued use of the okbetcc Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and okbetcc, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okbetcc's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
